From the beginning of the performance katze und krieg only search and develop a paradise which lays between them and the space.

katze und krieg sleep in the space of the performance, which starts  with the awakening and ends when they cannot improve anything anymore.

In the chamber exist just matresses, bedclothes, food, a steck of white blank Paper, ink, brushes and adhesive tape.

The door of the space is left open. The visitors can come, stay, leave and come back as they like.

Within the time the chamber gets more and more covered with paper. katze und krieg write new definitions of objects in the room on a sheet of Paper. This new definitions are utopian improvements for the objects. katze und krieg tape this chits onto the objects.

After every singel written chit katze und krieg give one drip of ink into the water, so that the writing becomes more and more black with time passing.

The „brood cell of paradise“ was performed 2008 at the  Festival „ Zoom! International performanceart - Südostasien“ in the bell tower of the Martinichurch of Hildesheim.
